Since our family has been going through big changes with Grayson’s yeast intolerance… it has gotten me thinking about the overall health of our family. I feel as though I do NOT do a good job of taking care of myself most of the time. I love LOVE fast food. Like, whoa… love it. I worry about what it is going to eventually do to my heart and arteries and I’m trying to make changes now before it’s too late.

I’ve been playing around with juice combos {obsessively} ever since I got my juicer and have discovered that adding veggies is a great way to take the sweetness level down just a notch on your favorite fruit juices. It’s INSANE how naturally sweet REAL fruit juices are. Plus – veggies are amazing for you and adding them to your juice is nothing but benefit!
Here’s my latest favorite. I’ve been drinking this in the morning as a part of my breakfast and I love it. I feel as though I’m getting a ton of heart healthy benefits in addition to a delicious drink.
